1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being permanently closed with forfeiture of any funds held. Super 291 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Super 291 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Matching Names

The name on your Super 291 account must match the name on your payment account. You cannot deposit via a GCash or bank account registered to another person, and withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in your verified name. This protects all parties from fraud and ensures compliance with financial regulations.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Super 291 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to any account, with or without prior notice, in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management practices.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to standard processing checks. Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to review before withdrawal. If you have claimed a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Super 291 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus credits and free bets have expiry periods as specified in each promotion's terms. Unused bonus credits or free bets that have passed their expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Super 291 is not obligated to extend expiry periods under any circumstances.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets

All bets and wagers placed on Super 291 are binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selection — including the event, market, and stake — before confirming. Super 291 does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets due to player error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by game, sport, and market. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface before a bet is placed. Super 291 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including on a per-player basis where risk management considerations apply.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by Super 291 under the following circumstances: the event is postponed or cancelled without being completed; the event is interrupted and cannot be resumed within a commercially reasonable timeframe; a market is offered in error with clearly incorrect odds; or a material fact affecting the event is established that was not publicly known at the time the bet was accepted.

6.4 Errors in Odds

Super 291 takes care to ensure accuracy in all published odds and game results. However, in the event of a manifest error — such as a glitch displaying incorrect odds far outside market norms — Super 291 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was already settled.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play bets are accepted in real time during live matches and events. Super 291's live betting system may occasionally experience brief delays due to network conditions. Bets submitted during a delay will be accepted or rejected based on the current market state. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Super 291. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating or using more than one account on Super 291, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in connection with any transaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic tools to place bets on Super 291 without explicit written permission.
• Colluding with other players — whether in casino games, poker rooms, or sports betting — to gain an unfair outcome.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to events covered on Super 291.
• Laundering money or attempting to use Super 291 for any financial crime or activity that would violate applicable Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Super 291 staff, support agents, or other players in any channel.
• Accessing Super 291 using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology specifically to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Super 291 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds displays, promotional materials, and the Super 291 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Super 291 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Super 291 content without prior written permission.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Super 291 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, reverse-engineer any software, or mirror any part of the Super 291 website. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Super 291 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance — minus any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Processing a closure withdrawal may take up to five business days.

11.2 Super 291-Initiated Suspension or Closure

Super 291 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our discretion, where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected;
• An account is determined to belong to a minor or ineligible player;
• A player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Regulatory obligations require us to do so.

In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, Super 291 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12 Limitation of Liability

Super 291 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in uptime, security, and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super 291 shall not be liable for: losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or disruptions outside our reasonable control; losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials; losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player; or any indirect, consequential, or special damages however caused.

Super 291's total liability to any player in connection with any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises, or ₱50,000 — whichever is lower — except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Super 291 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or operational practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of Super 291 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of Super 291 — including disputes about the interpretation of these Terms, account actions, or transaction processing — shall first be submitted to Super 291's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, contact our support team with full details of your complaint. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence Super 291 operates.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
